CUSTOMER SERVICE CUSTOMS
- As a recognized customs broker, we handle all import and export procedures via PLDA, EMCS and the transit procedures via NCTS.
- Due to our ‘simplified arrival and departure’ permit, goods can be released more swiftly for import and export.
- We have a type D warehouse keeper for all non-community goods and are recognized as a tax warehouse for excise goods.
EXTRA SERVICES CUSTOMS
- File management and follow-up.
- Import/export analysis for assigning the appropriate procedures.
- Simulation import/export via a test document.
- Processing of the copy for the sender/exporter and for the addressee.
- Internal courier service to the customs office in Ghent.
AEO CERTIFICATE AT YOUR ADVANTAGE
Hamann International Logistics is AEO certified (Authorized Economic Operator certificate). This certificate is comparable to the ISO certificate and confirms that our customs procedures are efficient and that we are regarded as a competent player in the international markets. The AEO certificate makes it possible to process logistics processes faster and to enjoy customs privileges in other countries.
